We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Wagner Homes when we decided to finish our lower level. We were impressed with their level of expertise and professionalism from the very beginning. The Wagner Homes design team came up with many unique and interesting ideas, which we ultimately incorporated into the final design. They made the selection process so easy and convenient for us by narrowing the options to several choices, and then either brought the ideas to our home or had them available in their office. Gary Green helped us in the initial design phase of our lower level. He has an incredible knowledge of building and construction, coupled with tremendous creativity and ingenuity. Leila Buford is a wonderful woman who worked tirelessly on our project and made sure that every detail was attended to. Her follow through and follow up have been exceptional and she has taken outstanding care of us. The creative minds of Amy Carter and Chris Murray combined to produce an unbelievably unique and beautifully finished product. The subcontractors Wagner Homes brought into our home were all equally wonderful to work with. Each and every one accurately reflected and represented the high quality with which Wagner Homes undertakes their building projects. The quality of workmanship was second to none, and the care and pride each person took in his or her job is evident in the end result. We could not have been more thrilled with the finished product when our lower level was completed. We have had many people see the end result, and every single person has been blown away by how beautiful our lower level is. Many of them have remarked that it is the most fantastic lower level they have ever seen. We have to agree with them!!! We could not be any happier with our overall experience with Wagner Homes. Gar and I want you to know how very pleased we are with the outcome of the remodeling project at our home in Beverly Shores. In light of the extensive nature of the work, we especially appreciated the design ideas and options presented by you and your team. In every case, the suggestions surpassed the quality of our initial thoughts and proved to make a significant difference in the outcome. The fact that this four-month project was undertaken in our absence, yet maintained pace and a high-quality outcome, speaks to the professionalism of the Wagner Homes staff. Leila Buford, as the project manager, and Chris Murray, as the decorator, repeatedly displayed competence. We had complete trust in their judgment. We also thoroughly enjoyed working with them and will genuinely miss both of them. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the craftsmanship and skill displayed by the subcontractors who worked on the project. In three specific cases, these skills are clearly evident in the quality of their work product. This includes the individuals and firms who made and installed the wood cabinetry and trim, the glass shower enclosures and mirrors, and the tile floors and shower surrounds. These craftsmen positively changed the look of our home. We’ve always loved the setting of our home in Beverly Shores and are thrilled with its remodeled interior. However, we may just have to build another house so we can again enjoy working with the Wagner Homes team and the incredible firms and craftspeople that surround your construction projects.
